About Me

Like many of my clients, I came to Punta Cana to visit and stayed for good. It was 2014: I came from Santiago for a month, fell in love with the east, and ended up working on the sales team of one of Bávaro's major projects. That is where I learned the business from the inside — how it is built, how it is managed, and above all, what separates a project that rents well from one that only photographs well.

In 2016 I went independent to do what sales trailers cannot: advise with the truth. Since then I have helped more than 180 families and investors — Dominicans, Americans, Canadians, Europeans — buy and sell in the area, almost always from a distance. My office is in Plaza San Juan, but my real office is the whole area: the complexes, the management companies and the real numbers behind each one.

My philosophy fits in one sentence: I show you the data and you decide. Real occupancy, full expenses, developer track records. Punta Cana is a great opportunity — I bet my own life on it — but you make the most of it with information, not brochures.
